We have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Operations Supervisor to join our team. As part of the role, the supervisor will manage a team working in the London Region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of all Gas works across Abri/Octavia housing stock, ensuring safe working practices, technical standards, and quality of work to keep properties compliant, certificated, and maintained to the Abri standard.
- Provide high-level technical support, monitor performance and productivity, and ensure effective contact management and support.
- Advocate customer service excellence and lead by example to embed a customer-centric approach, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective customer resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer resolutions are timely and effective and maintain excellent customer service as a priority.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of all gas works using our partners, which may include solid fuel and renewable heating systems across the operating area, providing technical advice, support, and guidance to enable a safe and compliant environment.
- Ensure gas works are compliant with regulatory standards and strive to exceed them to prioritise customer safety.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to align on expectations and deliver consistent, high-quality gas services.
