We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Partnership Living Projects Manager to lead a range of projects within our specialist supported housing service. This is a varied role where you’ll deliver change programmes, improve services, and help ensure consistently high standards of housing management and customer care.

You’ll manage projects that support the effective delivery of day-to-day operational housing services, focusing on service standards, performance, data quality, risk management, and the review and improvement of policies, procedures and processes. You’ll also work closely with colleagues, customers and partners to bring greater consistency across our supported living services.

This is a full-time role, based in Eastleigh (with flexibility considered), and will involve working across regions, including travel to London. You’ll have a strong background in housing management, experience of leading and supporting staff, and a passion for data, communication and service improvement. Project management and leadership experience are essential, with a relevant qualification an advantage.

If you’re a housing professional who enjoys managing projects while staying connected to operational delivery—and who thrives in a small, committed team focused on great customer outcomes—this could be the perfect next step for you.

If you feel you have the experience, skills and attitude and you would like an opportunity to discuss the role before applying, please contact Avril Ansell (Group Partnership Living Manager) at avril.ansell@abri.co.uk.
