Join the Empty Homes Team at Abri, where we’re responsible for making sure properties are re-let in a timely manner. We work with in-house trades and subcontractors to ensure that each empty home is returned to new customers with all maintenance work and repairs carried out safely and to the highest standard.

As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you’ll complete a wide variety of trade tasks to a high standard, focusing on delivering an efficient repairs service to Abri customers. You’ll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out work and installations to Abri’s properties efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring all works are in accordance with good building maintenance practice.
  • Communicating effectively and maintaining a customer-focused approach.

A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the required trade skills and previous experience is required. Excellent customer-service skills are essential as we aim to go above and beyond for our customers.

We provide uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet & mobile, and necessary PPE. You will need to supply your own hand tools and power tools. A clean driving licence is also required as you’ll cover out-of-hours callouts on a rota basis.
