You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers live in safe, healthy homes, while helping us shape and improve our Damp and Mould service for the future.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a large operational team, you'll provide direction, support and oversight across our Damp and Mould service, ensuring we deliver a proactive, responsive and customer-focused approach every day.
- You'll work closely with colleagues, contractors and partners to drive excellent service delivery, improve outcomes for customers and ensure we meet our regulatory responsibilities, including readiness for Awaab's Law.
- Using data and insights, you'll help identify trends, tackle issues before they become problems and influence longer-term investment decisions that improve the quality of our homes and reduce future demand.
- Most importantly, you'll champion a culture where customers remain at the heart of every decision, ensuring vulnerable customers receive the support and sensitivity they deserve.
