Are you someone who’s proactive, a great team player and do you have a good eye for detail? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as our new Facilities Coordinator for twelve months to support our workplaces in our Eastleigh office and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.

Responsibilities- Maintain the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard.
- Ensure regulatory and legal standards are met in terms of compliance and building safety.
- Engage with colleagues to provide a great service and resolve issues related to the working environment, including managing difficult conversations when required.
- Build relationships with suppliers and contractors and take responsibility for managing some contracts.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve colleague journeys and overall workplace experience.
- Provide accurate reporting and support compliance assurance as part of day-to-day duties.
- Proven customer service abilities and a positive, proactive nature.
- Experience in a similar facilities role is advantageous.
- Confidence and assertiveness to engage with colleagues and manage conversations effectively.
- Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for going the extra mile.
