We’re looking for a strategic Corporate Communications Manager to help shape how we communicate who we are, what we stand for and where we’re going.
Reporting to the Group Head of Communications, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering strategic communication campaigns that engage employees, support business objectives, and makes sure our voice is consistent, credible and human.
This is a senior role for someone who understands the connection between reputation, leadership, culture and trust, and who can turn organisational priorities into clear, compelling communications that resonates with our colleagues and customers.
Managing a small team, you’ll be responsible for guiding our people through change and helping to tell our stories and the impact that our work has on our customers and in our communities.
You’ll be a confident communicator, with excellent writing skills, good judgement and the confidence to build strong relationships across the organisation.
