Are you a compassionate, motivated, supportive and love helping others to live with dignity and independence? If so, we need you! We're delighted to announce we're looking for two Care and Support Workers (one part time and one full time) to join our team at our Leonora House scheme (W9 1AP).
You'll support our mission of putting our customers and their wellbeing at the heart of all we do by delivering high quality personal care to our scheme's residents as well as assisting with feeding and medication. By working closely with colleagues as well as our residents and their families, you'll help create a safe and comforting home for those in your care.
