We’re excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Access Coordinator to join us on a fixed‑term basis for up to 18 months, covering a secondment. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping us keep our customers safe in their homes.
In this role you will work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure we can access customers’ homes to carry out essential safety checks and improvements – from gas and electrical, to renewables and damp & mould works.
You’ll take the lead on managing “no access” cases, coordinating appointments, supporting legal processes where needed, and keeping our systems and records accurate and up to date. This is a role where you’ll really make a difference.
You’ll be confident working with data and systems (including CRM and scheduling tools) and comfortable navigating sensitive situations with empathy and care. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll bring a proactive, solution‑focused approach and help deliver a service that’s always supportive, respectful, and customer‑first.
