We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Operational Support Assistant to join our vibrant Operational Support Team where you will be based in our Bracknell office. No day is ever the same and our Contact Centre is no different. We will provide you with full training and ongoing support to ensure you are equipped to deal with the wide variety of customer queries our teams handle, allowing you to keep growing professionally.
You will be based in our Head Office in Bracknell, in a varied team which provides support across the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Administration support to the business
- Supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits
- Helping customers in our reception
- Taking calls and responding to emails
We are looking for someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems. Experience of face-to-face customer service, an eye for detail, and excellent teamwork is essential.
If you are successful, a comprehensive training programme will be provided on our systems, processes, and values to enhance your existing skills and provide you with the tools and confidence to be successful within Abri. The hours for this post are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The role will require office working.
