In this role, you'll be leading a skilled team working across Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, Slough and surrounding area. You’ll oversee all Gas works across Abri’s housing stock, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
You’ll be more than just a supervisor – you’ll motivate and support your team, keeping them up to date with training and qualifications while making sure performance and productivity stay on track. Your technical expertise will be key in guiding your colleagues, ensuring safe working practices, and maintaining top-quality work.
We're responsible for carrying out all gas repairs, services and boiler installations for our customers. The tenancies we are responsible for are affordable rent, market rent and rent to buy.
We are accountable in ensuring our colleagues are working safely to gas regulations, keeping our customers and housing stock safe.
At Abri, customer service is at the heart of what we do. You’ll lead by example, making sure we take a customer-first approach and work closely with key stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
This role also covers solid fuel and renewable heating systems, so you’ll be providing technical advice and support to ensure our Gas Engineers can do their jobs safely and efficiently. Above all, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe by making sure our work meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
