We are looking for a capable Data and Reporting Team Leader to lead and strengthen our reporting function, ensuring the organisation has access to trusted, timely, and meaningful insight.
In this role, you’ll lead a small team of reporting developers, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to help them deliver high-quality reporting solutions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs, while enabling data to be translated into actionable insight that supports strategic decision-making and improved operational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Data and stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver a reporting service that meets organisational priorities. This includes building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, understanding reporting requirements, and promoting a culture of data ownership, quality, and effective use of insight.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in reporting and analytics, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. You’ll need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working across a range of audiences. Strong technical capability is essential, including expertise in Power BI and a good understanding of tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and Databricks.
You will be working from a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues at one of our offices either Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
If you’re passionate about leading reporting teams, delivering high-quality insight, and helping an organisation make better use of data, we’d love to hear from you.
