Be the friendly face behind an exceptional customer experience

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?

Customer Care Administrators

We're looking for two new Customer Care Administrators to join our Customer Care teams (one position based in Eastleigh and one based in Bracknell) on a permanent basis to play a key role in supporting homeowners throughout their new home journey. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with customers, contractors, and colleagues to help ensure every customer receives a first-class experience.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same in this role. You'll provide essential administrative support to the Customer Care team while helping to ensure customer enquiries, defects, warranty claims, and appointments are managed efficiently and professionally.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Customer Care team with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating appointments and managing diaries for the team.
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal colleagues to ensure effective communication and excellent service.
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and defect management systems to help meet service level agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assisting with customer complaints, warranty claims, and information requests.
  • Making customer follow-up calls and helping to keep customers updated throughout the process.
  • Supporting projects, data management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your own workload.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Previous administrative experience within a customer-focused environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Knowledge of housing, construction, or new-build homes would be advantageous, although a willingness to learn is just as important.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service and demonstrating our values in everything you do.
