Apprentice - Gas Engineer

Are you proactive, motivated, professional, and friendly? We\’re looking for someone passionate and diligent to join our team as an Apprentice Gas Engineer in September 2025.

As a great team player, you\’ll assist your mentor in carrying out work and installations on Abri\’s properties, ensuring all work aligns with good building maintenance practices.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so top-notch customer service skills are essential. We aim to go above and beyond to amaze our customers with our services.

Your Day Will Include

• Develop skills and competency in gas servicing, assisting qualified Gas Engineers with repairs, maintenance, and servicing to support safety standards within our housing stock.
• Understand and demonstrate compliance with Health & Safety requirements, relevant legislation, and Codes of Practice.
• Report electrical or safety hazards to electrically competent colleagues and support remedial actions to ensure safety and compliance.
• Receive support from your supervisor and mentor.
• Attend college and complete coursework to a high standard and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual eager to contribute to a dynamic team. You will work across properties in the south of England, helping build affordable homes for those in need.
