We're excited to be looking for a Property Alterations Officer to join our team where you'll provide full and effective administration support for the Abri Permissions and Alterations team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full and effective administration support for the Abri Permissions and Alterations team.
  • Work manage, investigate and respond to all requests and enquiries received from customers, the business and stakeholders.
  • Handle permissions, major and minor adaptations, and Disabled Facilities Grants.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of customers and external organisations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant statutory legislation, internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and property standards.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in property management or alterations is a plus.
  • Location & Working Arrangement

You’ll be working from our Yeovil office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues.

The remaining two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that be another Abri office, a café or at home.
