We’re looking for a Home Connections Mutual Exchange Administrator to join the Home Connections Team based in Yeovil, Somerset.

You’ll need to be flexible, as the role involves supporting colleagues across our office locations and working closely with customers.

Our team currently works from the office three days per week, giving us the chance to collaborate, share knowledge, and attend training and meetings.

As a Home Connections Mutual Exchange Administrator, you’ll provide efficient and timely administrative support to the Mutual Exchange and Home Connections Teams.

You’ll play a key role in helping us complete mutual exchanges within agreed timescales, reduce voids, and deliver excellent customer service.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage a variety of tasks including monitoring team inboxes and work queues, preparing sign-up packs, chasing compliance documents, and handling mail merges and mail outs.

You’ll be involved with the Home Swapper and Swap Tracker processes—managing applications, approvals, property matching, and ensuring adverts meet standards.

You’ll also produce positive communications about the mutual exchange process and actively promote Homeswapper and Swaptracker to customers.

It’s a busy and varied role, so you’ll need to be organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
