We are currently seeking a new Construction Manager to join our Development team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to manage Abri’s in-house, new build construction services and teams in delivering new build homes and schemes to meet our company wide strategy target of building more than 12,500 homes by 2030 to the highest quality.
This is to include supervising site operations, often on a multi-site basis, and ensuring new build projects are completed safely, to specifications, statutory requirements and within the agreed timeframes to the highest quality.
We are looking for a confident leader to manage and be responsible for onsite operations and ensure they are undertaken in line with the Health & Safety legislations and excellent site safety practices.
The successful candidate will be committed with a natural drive who can demonstrate our values and behaviours with extensive relevant experience in construction management and have demonstrable experience in resolving issues in a timely manor.
This position will ideally be based in our South-West region with the closest office being in Yeovil however, we can be flexible for this role to be based from either our Eastleigh or Bracknell office.
Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential to this role as you will be travelling to various sites which some are remote from public transport.
