Join the Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) to support our London office and ensure colleagues have a great place to work. You will help create safe, compliant, and collaborative environments across our corporate buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards in building safety.
- Engage with colleagues, provide excellent service, manage occasional difficult conversations, and use your people skills to resolve any workplace environment issues.
- Build relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.
- Constantly look to improve colleague journeys, bringing new ideas and solutions.
- Provide strong customer service, accurate reporting, and compliance assurance.
