Grounds Maintenance Team
The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for the cyclical upkeep of communal areas across multiple estates for market rent, shared ownership and independent living communities.
We also provide a reactionary service dealing with hazards such as dumped items and snow clearance.
Your new role
We are hiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Horndean with responsibilities covering Horndean, Petersfield, Ham Barn, Liss and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Upkeep of external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges.
- Plan and execute workload within a fortnightly round.
- Perform soft landscaping and minor tree work as required.
- Respond to hazards and other emergency maintenance tasks.
- Report any tree removal and propose replanting strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Practical amenity horticultural knowledge & experience.
- PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable).
- NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable).
- A full driver’s licence (towing licence desirable).
