We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Change & Service Improvement team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-profile, cross-functional projects that improve services and outcomes across Abri.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, operational leads, and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. From defining scope and success measures to managing risks and governance, you’ll be the trusted expert driving change forward.
As a senior leader, you’ll also line manage, coach and develop Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Your ability to influence, problem-solve, and maintain momentum will be key to embedding sustainable change.
We’re looking for someone who has proven experience delivering major change initiatives in large, dynamic organisations and excellent communication skills as you’ll be working collaboratively with different stakeholders. Experience in service transformation, system implementations, or integration projects would be a real advantage.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, proactive team who are passionate about making a difference. You’ll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The remaining two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that’s at another of our offices, a café or at home.
