Abri Group is seeking an Independent Living Partner to support customers aged 55+ living in our Southampton (Swaythling) Independent Living scheme.

You will deliver high-quality housing and wellbeing services, acting as the first contact for tenancy and housing management matters.

You will build relationships, manage customer journeys, conduct inductions, allocations and wellbeing checks, and work with Adult Social Care and health professionals.
