Leading a team of skilled operatives and decorators, you'll help tackle damp, mould, and property defects that impact our customers' wellbeing.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving customers' homes and leading a team that makes a real difference every day.
You'll have experience managing repairs or maintenance teams, a good understanding of damp, mould, and property defects, and the ability to balance great customer service with strong operational performance.
You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building positive relationships, and supporting others to succeed.
A construction, trade, or health and safety qualification (such as SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH) would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in the experience, passion, and values you'll bring to the role.
This role will be primarily based at our Eastleigh office, where you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and be part of a collaborative team environment.
You'll also travel to our Yeovil office when required, giving you the opportunity to build relationships across locations and support colleagues and customers in different parts of the organisation.
