Your new role
Are you a motivated, detail-oriented finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Financial Reporting and Business Partnering team, with a focus on assets and liabilities.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider Finance team, contributing to high-quality, accurate, and timely financial reporting. You’ll be involved in everything from annual statutory financial statements to monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Your insights will play a key role in helping us monitor and improve financial performance.
We're looking for someone with experience working in a finance team outside of practice, and while housing sector knowledge is a bonus, it's not essential. You’ll either be fully qualified or actively working towards your ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), or equivalent. What really matters is that you’re proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll take pride in your attention to detail and have a continuous improvement mindset—always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes.
You’ll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
If you're looking to join a collaborative team that values professional growth, high standards, and making a positive impact—we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your finance career.
