The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs, such as dressing and maintaining their hygiene, as well as helping them with basic day-to-day or administrative tasks like paying bills. As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of the healthcare team, providing compassionate support to patients in various settings, including care homes and home care environments. Reporting to the nursing staff, your core responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. The client provides residential care services to individuals with challenging mental health conditions and learning disabilities, including autistic spectrum disorders and physical and sensory disabilities.

The applicant must have at least 3 months of paid experience within a UK Care setting and possess the right to work within the UK. You will possess or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS and be on the Live register. You will possess or acquire the mandatory training required for this job. We offer ongoing training for our registered candidates.
