General Atlantic is looking for a Summer Intern to join their Sustainability team in London. This role involves supporting sustainability efforts across their portfolio companies and assisting with data management and reporting. It’s a great opportunity for someone interested in sustainability and investment to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help collect and manage sustainability data from portfolio companies.
  • Assist in developing sustainability data infrastructure for better analysis.
  • Prepare sustainability scorecards and reporting materials.
  • Support portfolio companies in creating value through sustainability.
  • Assist with investor inquiries and communications.
  • Contribute to public-facing sustainability reports and thought leadership pieces.

What You Need

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or master’s program.
  • Prior experience at a climate investment firm, consulting firm, or global corporate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and climate reporting regulations and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and quick thinking.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
