Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate in their Direct Equity team. In this role, you’ll be involved in the entire investment process, from finding new opportunities to managing and exiting investments. You’ll work closely with a talented team and have the chance to make a real impact in the private equity space.
What You’ll Do
- Help find new investment opportunities.
- Evaluate potential investments and develop solid investment theses.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and lead calls with sponsors and companies.
- Perform detailed financial analyses to support decisions.
- Prepare and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Assist in negotiating and closing investments.
