GIC is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their Real Estate Debt team in London. This role focuses on credit and hybrid investments, where you’ll assist in analyzing and structuring new deals. You’ll be involved in financial modeling, preparing investment papers, and supporting asset management. It’s a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse team.
What You’ll Do
- Help analyze and structure new real estate deals.
