The Opportunity: Join as the premier SDR in this exciting and growing organisation. Focusing on lapsed or inactive customers (so not cold calling!) and aim to re-engage, resubscribe or grow the account opportunity. Secure new subscriptions or for larger opportunities you’ll book a demo for the BDM team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career whether you have leadership in mind, or are looking to grow into a sales closing role. You’ll have the backing and support of a very engaged CEO with a successful background in SaaS sales!
Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage lapsed / inactive customers and look to re-engage them.
- Balance activity adequately between volume and quality to retain commercial value in sales pipeline.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B outbound telesales environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the e-learning or L&D space.
- Prior experience working with clients in the accountancy space.

- A base salary up to £40k plus bonus (£20k).
