The Opportunity:
Join as the FIRST UK PROJECT HIRE and support the growth of the business and they continue to make waves in the UK!
Reporting into the Director of Delivery you’ll focus on implementing and onboarding enterprise customers, while also helping to establish project management best practice and process in the UK!
Take new clients from post-sale through to go-live, working closely with multiple stakeholders client side, and delivery teams internally. This process can takes 4 – 18 months but your job is to ensure a seamless process and experience.
As the #1 UK hire, you’ll be critical in contributing to the creation of a sustainable and scalable operation!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience within the fleet/ telematics/ commercial insurance or automotive sectors.
- Prior experience working within SaaS / Software organisations
- Prior experience working within a fast paced, scale-up business.
- 3-4 years of global business practices, including customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and customer success norms
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing project management role.
- PM certifications/accreditations such as PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM, AGILE etc.
- Totally self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude, a proactive mind-set, strong customer empathy and the confidence to set/manage expectations with senior stakeholders.

- A base salary up to £71k + 10% bonus.
