The Opportunity: This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on owning and growing a small number of strategic enterprise accounts worth around Β£5mil ARR. You'll have no direct reports, but carry significant influence due to the critical portfolio you own. How you manage internal stakeholders is just as important as how you manage external stakeholders! You'll act as the primary commercial and strategic partner to your customers, responsible for deepening relationships, protecting against competitive pressure, and driving year-on-year account growth. Lead structured QBRs, spend time with customers each month, and work closely with internal product, onboarding, and support teams to ensure customers see tangible value from new releases. As the business becomes more product-focused, you'll play a key role in gathering feedback, influencing adoption, and shaping how customers engage with the product and its development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong SaaS background in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
- Experience and a successful record of driving retention, growth, and relationship depth
- Confident, credible, and comfortable holding the room with senior stakeholders
- Resilient and adaptable, able to operate through product change, shifting priorities, and evolving solutions
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing accounts at scale across multiple locations or business units
- Involvement in tenders, proposals, or complex commercial negotiations
- Background in the healthcare or medical space, or supporting clients in the healthcare or medical space
- Technical Account Manager or product-adjacent experience is valuable.
The Package: Β£80kβΒ£90k base salary plus 25% bonus. Fully remote within the UK. Medical care. Increased pension. 26 days annual leave plus paid volunteer days.
