The Company is a London-based AI scale-up with an industry-leading platform transforming the transport sector. It is privately owned, profitable, and growing, leading to the need to hire. The company is already working with major UK players in their target market.
The Opportunity involves a high-impact role working closely with the founders, supporting the commercial side of a fast-growing technology business. Rather than selling, the focus will be on making deals happen by managing proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation for complex, high-value customers. Coordination across technical, delivery, and commercial teams is essential to ensure everything is aligned, accurate, and delivered to a client-ready standard. The role aims to bring structure to how opportunities progress, improve visibility across the pipeline, and remove friction from the commercial process. It is a hands-on, execution-led role in a scale-up where priorities move fast and ownership is valued.
The Ideal Candidate should have experience within consulting, sales operations, pre-sales, bid management, or a commercially focused role within a SaaS or technology-led business. Prior experience supporting long sales cycles (6+ months) and enterprise-level deals is required. Strong written and organisational skills are necessary, with the ability to turn technical input into clear proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation. The candidate should be comfortable operating across contracts, proposals, SLAs, renewals, and commercial coordination, rather than lead generation. They must be technically confident enough to engage with engineers, data specialists, and delivery teams, and ask the right questions. A highly proactive and execution-focused individual who takes ownership and enjoys getting things done is ideal. Adaptability and resilience, with experience working in unstructured or fast-evolving environments, are important. A low ego, high initiative, proactive attitude, and comfort in learning directly from senior leadership are also desired. Experience within transport, infrastructure, urban mobility, or data-led platforms is beneficial but not essential.
The Package includes a base salary of Β£40kβΒ£50k and a hybrid working model in Central London (2x a week), along with additional benefits.
