London-based AI scale-up with an industry-leading platform transforming the transport sector! Privately owned, profitable and growing! Thus the need to hire! Already working with major UK players in their target market!

The Opportunity

Join as a critical Customer Success Manager responsible for owning customer relationships through implementation/onboarding, adoption, training, BAU and retention. You'll take the lead on a small list of incredibly valuable clients with a total book value around Β£1.5mil ARR. Working with major clients moving from pilot to live, you'll work closely with founders, customers, and delivery teams to oversee deployments (software, hardware, and data integrations), run training sessions, and then support the client through their lifecycle journey. Everything you do will help shape the ongoing client journey! As well as supporting senior leadership stakeholders, you'll also work with front-line end users – so will need to be adaptable! Expect to be onsite with customers weekly and there is the opportunity for future international travel too!

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years' experience in SaaS customer success or client management role within a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Prior experience supplying a data-driven solution to an asset-heavy sector such as Logistics, Transport, Energy, Automotive or similar.
  • Strong technical aptitude able to grasp data-driven products quickly, troubleshoot issues, and work confidently with multiple, raw data-sets.
  • Charismatic and able to engage an audience – A big part of this role is training delivery and adoption.
  • Proven stakeholder management, from frontline staff to senior executives.
  • Organised project manager, capable of coordinating pilots, rollouts, and multi-stakeholder programmes.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful β€” thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Prior experience within telematics or some form of asset tracking solution is highly advantageous.
