This is a German speaking senior sales role where you will help open up the German market, which is a leading growth market for the company. Initially, this is a hunter-led role while the SDR function is being built. We need someone who can generate momentum without waiting for it.

This will be a full-cycle, enterprise-focused hunter role, with autonomy from day one. The solution has real market fit and huge benefits to internal and external client teams. Fully ramped quota is £700k with a c.£60k AoV, and a sensible ramp expectation. Year one success looks like building a consistent pipeline, closing enterprise logos, and helping shape how the GTM motion scales from here.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven SaaS closer with experience owning a territory end to end (Deals range from £40-100k)
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, Creative Tech, Digital Media, or adjacent enterprise tech
  • Comfortable self-sourcing pipeline and running full sales cycles
  • Experience selling into marketing, brand, or digital decision-makers
  • Commercially sharp, autonomous, and comfortable building before scaling
  • Fluent in German to at least C2 level, ideally Native/Bi-lingual

What’s in it for you:

  • £90,000 base salary
  • £140k+ OTE with clear, achievable targets (Chance to massively over-earn due to accelerators)
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
  • Health Insurance
  • Life & disability insurance
  • Enhanced sick leave
  • Proven market with deals already closing
  • Backing, budget, and leadership support to build properly

If you want an AE role where you’re trusted to run hard, close big, and help shape what comes next rather than inherit process, this one’s worth a conversation.
