The Opportunity:
Join the Account Management team to drive growth through existing clients! (No new business!)
Take on a book of c.40 existing, spending clients and drive growth through consultative exploration of there needs!
This is a commercially led role where you will carry a growth target, though you will have a very considerate ramp period to build up client relationships first.
As a complex, multi-product solution, you will need to understand the product range and your clients well so that you can approach multiple stakeholders and consultatively explore revenue growth opportunities!
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years experience in a commercial account management, solutions or sales role.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling business with a multi-product SaaS offering.
- Experience and a track record of delivering against growth targets in excess of £400k per annum and deal sizes in excess of £20k.
- Experience with Education sector decision makers, specifically universities is hugely desirable.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- A team player! Support the team, learn from the team!
- MUST have a full UK driving licence.
The Package:
- A base salary up to £55k with a £100k OTE.
- 25 Days holiday, plus BH plus wellbeing/charity days
