The Opportunity:
Reporting into senior leadership, and taking charge of a team of 6 BDR\’s and 3 AE\’s, this is an exiting player/manager lead role for a well established business looking to launch a new project.
Create, execute and lead the sales strategy, targeting mid-market and larger organisations with a $2mil team quota and a personal target around $400k.
This is a high-energy and high-paced business, despite being well positioned in the market. Energy enthusiasm drive and a track record of delivering on personal and team quota is essential.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Sales Leadership experience within a fast paced SaaS organisation. Preferably looking after a similar sized team.
- Previous IC experience in a high-paced SaaS sales environment, engaging with C-suite level decision makers.
- You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company
- Success and evidence of driving a team to achieve personal goals, team targets and annual quotas.
- Curious, disciplined, and consultatively oriented with strong networking skills.
- Real gravitas – we want someone that can own whatever situation they are in!
- Confidence, self-awareness and a little ego! (It’s not a bad thing!)
- A keen learner! Someone that is always looking to be better!
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
The Package
- Basic salary up to £120k, plus a 50% OTE based on individual and team performance.
