The company is a PE-backed AdTech business in full scale mode, with circa €25M ARR today, tracking beyond €30M by year end. Their platform helps global brands create, manage and scale digital advertising more efficiently, supporting some of the world's most recognised names across retail, gaming, technology and consumer sectors.
North America is one of the company's biggest growth markets and a major area of investment over the coming years. We're looking for an Enterprise SDR to help drive that growth from the UK, creating opportunities with enterprise marketing, brand and digital leaders across the US market. You'll sit at the front of the GTM motion, partnering closely with experienced Account Executives and owning the early stages of the sales process. You'll be based in the UK whilst supporting the North American market, so flexibility around working hours is important.
This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR role. The focus is quality over quantity, with strategic outreach, thoughtful prospecting and meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers. Expect clear expectations of around 7-8 SQLs per month, engaging with enterprise buyers and longer sales cycles.
The ideal candidate will be a proven SaaS SDR with experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations, a track record of consistently creating qualified pipeline and achieving quota. Experience prospecting into the US market is highly desirable, along with a background in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Creative Tech, Retail Media, MarTech or adjacent technology sectors. Candidates should be comfortable engaging senior marketing, ecommerce, digital and commercial stakeholders, commercially curious, resilient and capable of opening conversations with difficult-to-reach buyers.
What's in it for you:
- £40,000-£50,000 base salary
- £70,000+ OTE with uncapped earning potential and accelerators
- 25 days holiday plus public holidays
- Health insurance
- Life and disability insurance
- Enhanced sick leave
- Strong marketing support and investment in GTM growth
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and some of the world's most recognised brands
- Clear progression opportunities as the North American team expands
This is a chance to join a business with genuine momentum, sell into one of the world's most exciting markets and develop the skills needed to build a successful enterprise sales career. If you're looking for an SDR role where quality matters more than call volume, where you'll engage senior decision-makers and where there's a genuine path towards bigger opportunities, this one is well worth a conversation.
