The company is a PE-backed AdTech business in full scale mode, with circa €25M ARR today, tracking beyond €30M by year end. Their platform helps global brands create, manage and scale digital advertising more efficiently, supporting some of the world's most recognised names across retail, gaming, technology and consumer sectors. DACH is one of the company's most important growth markets and a major area of investment over the next 12-24 months.

We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to help drive that growth, creating opportunities with enterprise marketing, brand and digital leaders across the region. You'll sit at the front of the GTM motion, partnering closely with an experienced Account Executive and owning the early stages of the sales process. Outbound prospecting remains a core part of the role, supported by an established marketing function, proven messaging and a business that already has strong market traction.

Expect clear expectations: around 7-8 SQLs per month, engaging enterprise stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and strategic conversations with senior decision-makers. As the GTM structure continues to evolve, so does the opportunity for increased territory ownership, deeper involvement in the sales process, and clear progression for high performers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven SaaS SDR with experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment and opportunity creation.
  • Fluent German (native or bilingual preferred).
  • Confident creating opportunities through outbound activity and strategic prospecting.
  • Experience within AdTech, Digital Advertising, Creative Tech, Retail Media, MarTech or adjacent technology sectors would be highly advantageous.
  • Commercially curious, resilient and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Shows tenure, consistency and a genuine desire to build a career in SaaS sales.
  • High energy, positive attitude and strong ownership mentality.

What's in it for you:

  • £40,000-£50,000 base salary.
  • £70,000+ OTE with uncapped earning potential and accelerators.
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays.
  • Health insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Enhanced sick leave.
  • Strong marketing support and investment in GTM growth.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and some of the world's most recognised brands.
  • Clear progression opportunities as the DACH team expands.
  • The chance to play a key role in one of the company's most important growth markets.

If you're looking for an SDR role where quality matters more than activity metrics, where you'll engage enterprise buyers rather than churn through lists, and where there's genuine progression beyond pure prospecting, this is well worth a conversation.
