The opportunity is ideal for a well-versed German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) as the German market is a key growth area. You will own outbound efforts and feed an Account Executive (AE) with consistent, high-quality SQLs. Most opportunities are self-sourced intentionally, and while marketing support is available, this role is designed for someone who can hunt without waiting to be spoon-fed.
Expect clear expectations of around 7–8 SQLs per month, dealing with enterprise buyers and longer sales cycles. You will engage in real conversations with marketing and brand leaders.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a SaaS SDR (Mid-Enterprise) with evidence of quota attainment, booking 10-20 SQLs per month. You must be able to speak German at C2 level (Native/Bilingual preferred) and have a strong outbound background. A natural hunter mindset is essential, along with the ability to create opportunities rather than wait for them. Experience selling into marketing, digital, media, or AdTech environments is a significant advantage.
Confidence in working with distributed teams and minimal hand-holding is required, along with a track record of tenure, consistency, and intent to build something. High energy is crucial; you should bring momentum, not noise.
What’s in it for you: £40k - £50k base salary, £70k+ OTE with accelerators tied to SQL delivery, 25 days holiday plus public holidays, health insurance, and life insurance.
