The company is a PE-backed AdTech business firmly in scale mode, with circa €25M ARR today, tracking north of €30M by year end. Their platform helps global brands create, manage and scale digital advertising more efficiently, reducing complexity whilst improving speed to market. Trusted by some of the world's most recognised brands across retail, gaming, technology and consumer sectors, they have an established GTM engine, strong leadership team and significant investment behind continued growth across Europe.
The opportunity in DACH is one of the company's biggest growth priorities over the next 12-24 months. We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to take ownership of the region, building pipeline, winning enterprise customers and accelerating growth within an already established territory. This is a genuine enterprise sales role with ownership from day one. You'll be supported by an established marketing function, SDR team and a proven GTM engine.
We're looking for someone who can balance strategic prospecting with enterprise deal execution. The solution has genuine market fit and delivers measurable value to marketing, brand and digital teams operating at scale. Fully ramped quota is £700k with a c.£60k AoV and a sensible ramp expectation. Year one success looks like building consistent pipeline, closing enterprise logos, expanding the DACH footprint and helping shape how the territory scales moving forward.
The ideal candidate is a proven SaaS closer with experience owning a territory end-to-end (typical deal values £40k-£100k+). They should have a background in AdTech, Creative Tech, Retail Media, Digital Advertising, Digital Media or adjacent enterprise technology. The candidate must be comfortable generating opportunities whilst managing complex sales cycles and have experience selling into marketing, brand, ecommerce or digital decision-makers. They should be commercially sharp, autonomous and comfortable operating within a high-growth environment. Fluent German to C2 level minimum, ideally native or bilingual.
What's in it for you:
- £90,000 base salary
- £140k+ OTE with clear, achievable targets and uncapped earning potential
- 25 days holiday plus public holidays
- Health insurance
- Life and disability insurance
- Enhanced sick leave
- Established product with proven market demand
- Strong marketing investment and SDR support
- Backing, budget and leadership support to build something meaningful
- The opportunity to own and shape one of the company's most important growth markets
If you're looking for an enterprise sales role where you can close meaningful deals, influence territory strategy and play a genuine part in scaling a high-growth AdTech business, this is well worth a conversation.
