The Company: London-based HR-tech scale‑up on a mission to improve employee wellbeing and workplace performance. Privately owned, well‑funded and growing quickly! They’ve already partnered with some instantly recognisable global brands. Strong year‑on‑year revenue growth, and a product making a measurable real‑world impact, this is the perfect moment to join their next stage of scale.
The Opportunity: Join as one of the earliest members of a growing Customer Success function shaping best practice, influencing product direction, and owning commercial performance across a diverse portfolio worth c.£600k ARR. You’ll manage around 60 customer relationships spanning large enterprise groups through to smaller teams, guiding them from onboarding and early adoption through to renewal and expansion. This role is commercially focussed and so you need to be too! You’ll be accountable for renewal performance and upsell revenue, with success measured through NRR uplift. As a scale‑up, this is a “many hats” environment. You’ll bring energy, and ideas, and in return, you’ll get autonomy, and the chance to grow as quickly as the business does!
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success.
- You’ve managed a mixed portfolio (SMB up to Enterprise) and can point to real commercial growth metrics: NRR, renewal %, upsell performance etc.
- Prior experience and success in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
- Commercially minded and comfortable negotiating, identifying expansion opportunities, and tying outcomes to business impact.
- Experience in HR‑Tech, Health & Safety, wellbeing or employee benefits.
- A natural communicator who enjoys spending time with customers and building strong relationships.
- Happy to be office based (London) 3x a week.
The Package: £50,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonus (18% typical OTE). Big focus on learning and self development, with dedicated self‑learning days! Regular socials, events, and a vibrant, mission‑driven culture (including a dog friendly office!).
