Company: Series A CCaaS business entering an exciting scale-up phase. AI-first platform with an incredibly strong product and global customer base. Partnered with leading Telco organisation. Trusted by some seriously recognisable brands.
The Role: We’re hiring a commercially driven Channel Partner Manager to help grow and scale a North American partner ecosystem within a fast-moving SaaS environment. This is a genuine build role, not a “keep things ticking over” type position. You’ll be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving partner-led revenue, and supporting commercial activity across the full sales cycle. The environment is hands-on, agile, and close-knit. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, inside a business where people move quickly, stay accountable, and aren’t afraid to test ideas and adapt fast. Ideal for someone who enjoys scale-up environments where you can genuinely influence growth rather than sit inside layers of process.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience within SaaS, CCaaS, AI, telecoms, or wider tech environments
- Proven success building and growing channel/partner relationships
- Commercially sharp with strong relationship management skills
- Comfortable operating in scale-up environments
- Confident in demos, customer conversations, and commercial discussions
- North American market exposure is beneficial
What They Offer:
- Remote-first role with 1x per month onsite collaboration
- 4.5 day working week
- Mainly UK hours with occasional evening meetings (time taken back)
- Quarterly US travel when required
- A business that actively encourages AI innovation. If you can build something to make your role easier, they’ll back it
- The opportunity to join a genuinely exciting scale-up at the right stage of growth
