The Role: As the Account Manager you will be an advocate for you clients and point of strategic contact for a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see value from the range of modules within the platform and drive retention. Upsell is a valuable benefit and so if you have that commercial awareness and a customer centric approach to account growth, this role is perfect.
