Make a positive difference in someone's life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland at our outreach service in Inverness, supporting those who need it most in our communities. No previous experience in care is required, as full training will be provided by our award-winning learning & development team, including classroom sessions, e-learning, shadowing opportunities, and meeting the people you will support. We will also finance and support your achievement of SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care in-house. You must be flexible, as shifts vary from early, back, and late, starting from 8am until 9pm.

About The Role

  • Social Support - Assisting individuals to engage with their communities through outings to clubs and leisure activities such as day centres, bowling, cinema, swimming, etc.
  • Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
  • Personal Care - Supporting individuals with showering, dressing, arranging professional visits, and incontinence care.
  • Practical Support - Helping maintain their tenancy through household tasks like housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
