As we continue our expansion in the UK market, we’re seeking a motivated and organised Business Support & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This is a dynamic, hybrid role suited to a candidate with a scientific or biological background who is looking to develop a career in business operations and marketing within the medical devices sector. Initially a remote position (with occasional travel), the role will transition to being office-based from January 2026, working alongside the UK Country Manager. You will play a key role in supporting sales, marketing, logistics, and training operations across the UK market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Support
- Provide full-service administrative and operational support to the UK Country Manager.
- Coordinate with RegenLab HQ departments (Marketing, IT, Training, CRM) to support UK operations.
- Collaborate with RegenLab’s UK PR & Marketing agency.
- Support event coordination: industry conferences, exhibitions, training workshops, and supplier/customer meetings.
- Manage CRM data, support lead generation efforts, and help streamline systems and processes.
- Assist with online training: delegate scheduling, data handling, test marking, certification, and follow-ups.
- Manage centrifuge consignment contracts via DocuSign, in collaboration with RegenLab HQ.
- Liaise with Clarity Pharma (UK 3PL partner) to support logistics, stock control, returns, and regulatory reporting.
- Execute UK-specific marketing initiatives in coordination with both internal teams and the external agency.
- Manage social media channels and digital marketing activity, including email campaigns, webinars, online product training, and live events.
- Assist in localising global marketing content for the UK audience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Scientific/Biological qualifications or a strong interest in life sciences (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients both remotely and face-to-face
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, file/data management, and digital tools
- Experience or interest in social media and marketing coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote environment
