As Tax Director you will have a big impact on the department, sharing ideas and shaping the function. You must be a dynamic finance leader who can influence and mentor a growing finance team, collaborate with peers, embrace differences, provide knowledge and continuously seek to improve business quality. An insight to your responsibilities: Manage key corporate clients. Supporting partners to deliver tax advisory. Corporate restructuring, demergers, M&A tax, due diligence and compliance. Manage a well-established finance team, including appraisals and coaching. Discuss and share ideas with senior finance for business growth. Continuously look to advance delivery and quality of work.
