ABPM have been retained by a market disruptor and innovator, which is changing the face of e-commerce distribution, partnering with international healthcare brands to optimise their presence and performance. Operating from their HQ in Leicester, they have sites and warehouses in the UK, Far East, North America and Eastern Europe with brand partners. The business has grown 40-50% year on year and continues to scale at pace.

Reporting to the Managing Director part-time CFO, as the Head of Finance, you'll own the end-to-end financial function, ensuring everything they do is robust, compliant and genuinely useful to the business. From statutory accounts, audit, tax and VAT through to day-to-day financial operations, you'll turn complex requirements into clear processes, high standards and a finance function that runs smoothly.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll lead, guide and develop Finance and associated teams - staying close to the detail while building capability, confidence and consistency across the group. You'll ensure our management accounts are delivered in a controlled, reliable way, but more importantly, that they drive insight and better decision-making. From short-term forecasting through to long-term planning and strategy - making finance feel like a true partner to the business.
