Based in Dorset (minimum 3 days per week in office), Precision Fuel & Hydration is looking for a Finance Director to help navigate our next phase of growth. You will own the numbers across the group, including our international subsidiaries, steer the strategy alongside our CEO and leadership team, and lead a small but talented team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on strategy alongside the CEO and leadership team, turning growth ambitions into a credible financial plan.
  • Overseeing and managing all financial operations of the business.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Owning reporting and management accounting for the UK and international subsidiaries.
  • Mentoring and developing a small team.
  • Improving systems, controls, and processes as we scale.

We are seeking a qualified accountant with deep experience in finance leadership roles, ideally as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or a strong number 2 in a business with international subsidiaries and significant turnover. You should be comfortable shaping strategy while also being hands-on with financial models, cash flow, or audit queries.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent people manager, commercially sharp, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and initiative are key. Experience in consumer, e-commerce, DTC, subscription, or FMCG sectors will be advantageous.
