How will you do this?
Provide the Finance Director and leadership team of the group with a complete Financial Planning Analysis service supporting them with cogent forward-looking analysis to challenge and facilitate more informed business decisions across the whole group, whilst retaining a sharp eye on the here and now by building a collaborative relationship with the central finance and operations teams.
Accountabilities: Produce a monthly executive summary from the Group monthly management accounts, including P L analysis and a paper relating to current performance with key items highlighted.
Build a high-level business plan which has a 6-monthly update.
