As Tax Director you will have a big impact on the department, sharing ideas and shaping the function. You must be a dynamic finance leader who can influence and mentor a growing finance team, collaborate with peers, embrace differences, provide knowledge and continuously seek to improve business quality.
An insight to your responsibilities:
- Manage key corporate clients.
- Supporting partners to deliver tax advisory.
- Corporate restructuring, demergers, M&A tax, due diligence and compliance.
- Manage a well-established finance team, including appraisals and coaching.
- Discuss and share ideas with senior finance for business growth.
- Continuously look to advance delivery and quality of work.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Do you have the knowledge and experience?
- ACA / ACCA / CTA.
- Previous experience within Corporate Tax.
- Strong technical knowledge.
