A dynamic and fast-growing firm seeks an ACA / ACCA to join an innovative and forward-thinking corporate finance team.
You will be responsible for supporting the full transactional cycle:
- Target identification
- Fostering relationships
- M&A activities
Support market-mapping, identifying potential targets, supporting the M&A pipeline and delivery. Analysis of target financials and further due diligence. Support transactions, including historic reporting and post-acquisition forecasts. Work closely with Directors to identify and address all risks through due diligence. Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in a corporate finance or transaction services setting.
- Strong financial accounting skills with insight into M&A would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure on a diverse range of projects in a fast-paced environment.
