ABP UK is seeking a site-based HR Generalist to deliver a comprehensive generalist service for a ~60-person workforce.

You will manage recruitment, absence, employee relations, wellbeing and HR projects on a flexible 15 hours/week schedule (Tue–Thu typically).

You will advise the SMT and coordinate with agency labour, auditing, payroll inputs, and HR metrics.

The role requires 3+ years in HR generalist work, knowledge of UK Employment Law, and CIPD L5 (or willingness to pursue).
